Our days off are fixed and listed in the Terms: 1 and 6 January, Good Friday, Easter Monday, 1 November, and 24, 25, 26 and 31 December. Any other time off, we tell you at least 5 business days ahead. If illness stops us for more than 5 business days in a row, you choose: a credit for every release it delays, or ending your plan with a refund, even in the first term.
Files go to a private Microsoft OneDrive folder. Reviews happen in Frame.io, payments in Stripe. Only the people who cut and check your episode can open the files. Raw recordings are deleted 60 days after release. We never sell your files or publish before you approve. Details in the privacy policy.
